Welcome to J&A Surprise Me. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. 📦 Service Description

J&A Surprise Me offers surprise delivery experiences with themed characters and personalized gifts. The customer selects a date, time, location, and customization options (such as characters, messages, etc.).

2. 📅 Reservations and Payments

All reservations must be made in advance through our website.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your order.
We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards and other platforms available on the site.

3. 🔁 Changes and Cancellations

Change requests for date or time must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases.

4. ⏰ Delays and Rescheduling

We do our best to meet the selected schedules but are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. 🐾 Use of Characters and Animals

Characters and costumes are subject to availability.
In some cases, we offer deliveries with live animals. All measures will be taken to ensure the well-being of the animal and participants, but the customer assumes responsibility for the environment in which the delivery takes place.

6. 📸 Use of Images

By hiring our services, you agree that we may take photos or videos during the delivery for promotional purposes, unless you notify us otherwise in writing before the event.

7. 🚫 Conduct

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a delivery if:

  • There is a risk to our staff or mascots.

  • The recipient or customer engages in offensive, violent, or unsafe behavior.

8. 📍 Service Area

Deliveries are available within a specific service area (see details in our delivery policy).
If the address is outside the covered area, the reservation will be canceled or an additional charge will apply.
