Delivery policy

At J&A Surprise Me, we strive to make every delivery a unique, punctual, and joyful experience. Below are our delivery terms:
🕒 Delivery Hours
We make deliveries every day, including weekends and holidays, subject to availability.
Customers can select a delivery time window during the booking process. We do our best to respect the chosen time, although delays may occur due to external conditions (weather, traffic, local events, etc.).
📍 Coverage Area
We offer deliveries in Palm Beach, Broward, and Saint Lucie.
If your address is outside our coverage area, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address is correct and accessible.
💌 Surprise Deliveries
If the order includes a character (mascot), they will arrive dressed according to the preferences selected (if available on the chosen date).
If the selected character is unavailable, we will contact you in advance to arrange an alternative.
❗ In Case of Absence
If the recipient is not at the address, we will try to contact the provided phone number.
If the gift cannot be delivered, a new delivery will be rescheduled with an additional fee.
🔁 Changes or Cancellations
Date or time changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations must be notified 48 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund.
